I posted the following to my Facebook page in April of last year, but it bears repeating:
Given the standing of Pope Alexander VI as a saint of E.G.C., I would like to add my voice to those calling for the repeal of his 1493 papal bull Inter caetera, which (regardless of actual intent) was used to justify the genocide and enslavement of indigenous people in the Americas.
